A premier manufactured home community which is located approximately five miles from the resort towns of The Wildwoods and Cape May.

Each home is situated on a 4,000 square-foot (40’ X 100’) site featuring off-street parking for two vehicles, a mailbox in front of each home, as well as underground utilities. Take a ride down Grande Boulevard, and you will see that our residents take great pride in their homes!

Monthly lot rent includes water, sewer, property tax, school tax, and municipal services. Residents are responsible for their own home maintenance and utilities as well as site maintenance including lawn/tree care.

Our community features a pool and lake for catch-and-release fishing (at no charge).
